Warranty Exclusions
While our gold-filled findings are exceptionally durable, please note the following exclusions:
- Altered Pieces: Any piece that has been altered, such as trimmed or repainted, voids the warranty.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches or breakage resulting from normal use are not covered under this warranty, as gold is not a scratch-proof material. In the unlikely event your item arrives with a scratch, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to report this and claim under our warranty.

Remove any remaining suds with a clean, wet, soft cloth, and polish with a microfiber cloth to restore its luster. Why Sterling Silver Is Not Covered
Sterling silver, another precious metal we use, is known for its beauty and luster. However, unlike gold-filled jewelry, sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to its exposure to air and moisture. This tarnishing is a natural and expected process that doesn't indicate a defect in the material. Because of this, sterling silver is not covered under our Gold-Filled Lifetime Warranty. However, with proper care, you can maintain the shine and beauty of your silver pieces.
How to Care for Sterling Silver
To clean your sterling silver jewelry, use a soft cloth and a small amount of baking soda paste (mix with water). Gently rub the cloth over the silver, focusing on any tarnished areas. The baking soda will help remove the tarnish, restoring the silver’s original shine. After cleaning, wipe with a soft, wet cloth and pat it dry with a soft cloth.
